Domestic Shipping Policy 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipments may delay by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

Controlled Beauty& SelfCare LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive you order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and file a claim.

Please save all Packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return Policy

All items are Final Sale. No Refunds. Exchanges can be made within 5 days of delivery. Please be aware, exchanges can only be made based on available inventory. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping cost.
